Homemade Jelq Device?

Which is better to use as the rollers for my homemade jelq device: polyethylene foam pipe insulation or self sealing rubber(the soft-squashy kind) pipe insulation?

I would say that latter. As long as there is good pressure you should do well. Hard plastic does not sound to comfy.
