Well I'll start off by saying I am basically new to the site, I haven't posted much at all. I found this via thundersplace, which is the forum i am most familiar with but I am kind of getting sick of a lot of the BS there, even though a few members really seem to be amazing people.

Moving on,
I started Penis Enlargement about 1 year ago. I have been serious for probably 8 months.

I started with the obvious newbie routine, But I probably overdid it most of the time being as I never followed a timer.

I gained 1/2 inch of length almost immediately believe it or not. It was like a month max. Same with girth. Then everything got complicated. No matter what I would do, it wouldn't budge at all. The only thing thats increased is girth, even hanging pretty seriously has only given me about .2 of EL gains.
I used to pump as well. Didn't get much out of it. I like to do it about once a week because when I stop, I drop EG and FG, probably about 1/3 of an inch.

Anyway, My stats now are 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL/ 7+ Base Girth, (usually a little over 7) BPFSL is between 8.1 and 8.2. The only increase i've seen lately was my flaccid stretched used to be a hair under 8.

I have recently started hanging straight up, because I don't think my ligs will let up any more, I think I got all of those out of the way.

I have a penimaster, and a staticstretcher. I like both, but I need more extension rods for my peni as it does not lengthen enough. I am trying to wear those as much as possible, But usually only get in about 3-4 hours of wearing, and it is usually before and after hanging sets.

Maybe my girth is what keeps me from gaining length but I doubt it.
If I left out any important information, let me know and I will happily answer.

I really would like some advice, I really don't want to have to take a deacon break... it would be SO appreciated guys you all seem like a good group, thanks again.
 
Here are some pointers to consider:
Did you read ligs exercises we have here ...like advanced stuff
Is your penis in good shape now . so you start applying advanced exercises
Get in to DLD blasters.. my personal favorite Footlong stretch ..
Hint ...maybe the way you did it ...your results showed only girth .. you must know when you stretch your ligs .. so you can feel the burn .. in that area
Maybe some boys will add more .... but as for now .. pls go check recomended exercises ...and make sure that your penis is ready for them ..

Yes my penis is in very good shape. I have tried many stretch variations about everyone Ive ever read about, but Maybe you know some I don't (Actually it's a fact you guys know things i don't, this forum is way better than �other PE site� IMHO) I will look at the footlong stretch, I dont think my unit stretches far enough if its the one Im thinking of though (using your feet?) I am a powerlifter and my muscle mass is substantial (5'11 230 14% BF) so my legs get in the way of...my legs HAHA! Anyway, please help me guys!
 
Thanks dude you are very helpful. People actually answer questions here instead of screaming SEARCH DAMNIT! (Like Im supposed to know what exact titles to search for at �other PE site�...)

But now ill take it I just do a search on each one right? I cannot imagine stretching my dick when its hard...I didnt think that was possible.

I tried the DLD blasters tonight, but not as long as I should have, i shoulda done like 3 sessions of it. I like them though! I did them right after fowfers as those REALLY loosen up the tunica, and apparently are the #1 for flaccid length.
 
And what exactly did you mean when you said I must know "When" to stretch my ligs? I feel like a newbie all over again =/

...Look when you make ok sign and start to pull your penis down ...then when you hold him down you feel the ligs taking preasure ...thats what i meant ;)
 
Just a heads-up, good pal. Stretching with a full erection is always done with extreme care. Don't injure yourself!!

Here's a stretch/jelq combo which I love. Do the usual jelq at about 30% to 50% erect. When you reach your knob, get a good grip and then pull straight out and then down--HARD. It should take about 3 to 5 seconds. This jelq/stretch combo got me amazing results when I first started out about five years ago.

Shit I will try that tonight. I'm just finally today taking another stab at hanging, as I had 1 week off due to blisters. I am now limiting sets to 20 minutes, which is all they should be anyway. I'll take it you dry Jelq with this technique?

Oh and Horsedick (thats my complementary nickname for you, and maybe someday if I actually ever gain length, you can throw it back at me.) Don't you hurt your wife with that unit?

also Do you think erect stretching will provide good gains?

I did a 30 minute set at 18 lbs with the vac hanger tonight, and It gave me another blister...this is pissing me off. I have to buy another constriction sleeve because I lost mine.

Does anyone thing my length gains just might be doomed? With all the tugging I have done, and only gained 3/4, the first 1/2 was very initial, you would think I would have gotten more, while girth just kept going...

I would quit f'ing around with the hanging equipment until that blister goes away. If your dick is in shape, you should really try some of the advanced manual exercises.

Don't go doing it all at once. READ EVERYTHING first. Here are some links to good length exercises that haven't been mentioned on this thread yet.

BTW AMAZING GAINS either way. I've gained about an inch length in 3 years, and about a half in girth. 3/4" length in 8 months? Be encouraged man, you just need some better exercises to push out of your plateau.
 
Damn, I need more talk from bros like you, thanks. My width has gone down slightly now that i have dropped pumping and clamping, but untill my blister goes away I will be doing only stretches, extender, and pumping. I'll checkout those links u gave me, stretching just never seemed to work for me but I will try!

I'm glad you're laying off the hanging for now. Many members have gained substantial length with manual stretching--and there are so many stretches to work into your routine.

Long term, I have always gained faster in girth than in length. Be grateful for the 3/4 " gain. That is nothing to scoff at. If you combine length and girth, your dick volume is MUCH greater. Look at it this way.

When I look at my "NEW" dick in the mirror, I'm awe struck. You must be too.

If you give yourself a few months of stretching, you may be pleasantly surprised. I got a blister on my circ. scar when I was doing a BCS. That was it. I stay away from that area, or when I pull, I make sure I have a lot of loose skin to cover it.

The good doc left me a lot of foreskin when he cut me. :s
 
Yeah the stretching seems to be good again. I cannot wait to order my Penis Enlargement weights (monte's) because I know they are going to give "quick-ish" flaccid gains and keep it more durable for stretches, im amped on it. ADS's are so fucking uncomfortable, hes got the right idea though.
 
Sounds like you need to take a month off and resume with all the great advice you have gotten from members. Pay very close attention to HorseHung, Do whatever he says. His methods are part of the reason why I gained almost 3" in 3.5 years.
 
Ughhh the dreaded month off. Does this just loosen up your tissues?
