Whatever you do, listen to do your body. Slight fatigue and soreness are usually necessary, they mean that something is going on. Sharp pain isn't good. If you feel sharp pain, stop! (Remember to release the pressure from your

Slight skepticism isn't so bad, I think many of us might have those in the beginning. Go for the believing in what you do. Remain consistent with your routine. You can make your penis bigger! OK grip, slight jelq forward, hold the blood and push your penis head down slightly, kind of pushing the blood back to your penis. I'm not a master with the
SSJ technique, but I've managed to see how it works, really nice expansion.
Wearing a comfortable cock ring after a girth workout can be most beneficial, just keep your penis warm.
