Hi everyone this is my first post. I've been on this site and trying to do my homework, but no gains yet. Due to my busy schedule I've been doing newb stretch and jelqs one day and 20 minutes and jelq the next day. With my Bathmate I do 5min in then 5min jelqs. Don't do SSJ's. Cause I still don't understand them. My goal is length and girth,but girth is main goal first. My measurements is 6x5(if I'm having a good day ).
 
Nothing!? I guess what I'm asking is, with only about 45min a day should I be alternating or just do girth exercises? It seems like to much to stretch and girth exercises in 45min.!? I've read the routines and was just hoping someone would be in same situation and have a good schedule that worked for them. I'm no different than most newb's and I'm very skeptical and I haven't seen and gains. Besides a little veiny than normal and right after Bathmate of course.

It's a forum. Sometimes it takes time to get an answer.

45 minutes daily sounds fine to me. You can vary daily, like one day you put your work into girth and other day to length. Or maybe do a nice girth session, end with masturbation and then stretch. (DLD's newest SRT method.)

Whatever you do, listen to do your body. Slight fatigue and soreness are usually necessary, they mean that something is going on. Sharp pain isn't good. If you feel sharp pain, stop! (Remember to release the pressure from your Bathmate gradually, not all at once.)

Slight skepticism isn't so bad, I think many of us might have those in the beginning. Go for the believing in what you do. Remain consistent with your routine. You can make your penis bigger! But it's not a small task, it takes time and commitment, although sometimes you can see great results in just few months, depending how you workout etc..

OK grip, slight jelq forward, hold the blood and push your penis head down slightly, kind of pushing the blood back to your penis. I'm not a master with the SSJ technique, but I've managed to see how it works, really nice expansion.
Wearing a comfortable cock ring after a girth workout can be most beneficial, just keep your penis warm.

I would not try to get everything in in one session, it is much easier to do two sessions per day and do length in one and girth in the other. 30 minutes dedicated to each will be plenty. What routine are you using right now? As fas as Slow Squash Jelqs go, what seems to be the issue?
 
Right now I'm doing the newb manual stretches with 30-40% erect jelqing one day and Bathmate and 80% erect jelqing the other day. If I do 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in evening how would suggest I do it? Stretches in morning and girth in evening? As far as SSJ's I just don't think I'm doing them right. The other thing that's going on is I have very hard and strong erections, but when I do exercises for like 5 days in a row it seems like I'm alot thinner. Still hard but just seems thinner.

That sounds like a good place to start, girth at night and length in the AM. I also like the switch up in jelqing pressure, this will help along your length gains. As far as shrinkage is concerned after exercise, this is normal as long as you are getting good expansion post session. The Slow Squash Jelq is not so complicated, I suggest you read the abstract once more and understand it with more comprehension.
 
In my experience, jelqing and other manual girth exercises can bring on decent length gains too. If you had to focus on one, I would focus on girth.
