Ordered this item September 21st. Still have not recieved it. Invoice #7195. I emailed support and they responded with this tracking number : USPS 9405503699300149302323. Which the item still has no information, which makes me think it hasn't been shipped. Support said the item would ship out the 26th, and it still isn't here. I find this extremely incovenient, what can I do? I am to the point now where I would be fine with just cancelling the order.
