I did a 2 days on and 1 day of routine, and similar to the dld newbie routine, but not as intense. I did this for maybe 2 months before I stopped.

I have heard that after resting the ligs get alot stronger and it becomes much harder to gain. But I dont know for sure if its working that way.

If thats true, do u think the 2 months work made that much difference?

I doubt it very much it does depend how long ago, anyway people take a long time before they have a break from Penis Enlargement to decondition. In this break period the ligs go back to their normal strength/weaker so I don't think it would have made much difference at all.

So the resting makes it easier to gain?

Why I wondered in the beginning was that some people take breaks and then loss gains, then seem to have it very hard to gain it back. And I dont really know the theroy about this.

I have been resting over a year.

Theoretically, after an extended break, the penis should be in a sort of virgin state and be more able to gain than if it were in active training. Sort of a 2nd life of newbie gains.

DLD pretty much hit the nail on the head. It seems that the tissues try to toughen up when you are tugging and squeezing on your penis, but when you take a rest break, the tissues soften up again. Just how long you need to take for this to happen is debatable. I think a minimum rest period to notice this effect would be one month.

I just recently experienced 0.25" gain in one month after taking a 6-month rest break. Maybe the longer you take off, the closer you get to that newbie-gains state...

To even add to this, giving yourself a break every 6 months or so is wise as your penis will get a change to recuperate and when you come back to Penis Enlargement again many may see newbie type gains. It will also help reset your mind and leave behind undue obsessions.

Actually, whenever I get lazy and take a break, I quickly regain the (usually minimal) gains I have lost.

Breaks are OK and even encouraged when things seen to slow or the mind becomes to consumed to have proper focus. The biggest thing about a break it to remain motivated with your new start. Breaks can sometimes become so extended that Penis Enlargement is left by the way side. If you take a break schedule it and schedule your new start.
