whats good guys? so I have read a post about a guy on this site using his phallosan forte to hang weights and me being a hanger I said what the hell why not try it...he said he hung up to 14lbs so I recently just got up to 15lbs with the lenghtmaster but the shit is so uncomfortable that I can barely get 15 minute sets, and so I tried it with the phallosan forte bell and the stretch is so fucking crazy guys I had to drop the weight because it feels a little weird on the glands but when you get comfy (cuz we know hanging isn't comfy no matter what you do) you can get a good 20-30 minutes maybe longer depending on your tolerance for the pain..like I said the stretch is CRAZY!!!! no skin stretch no fatigue at the connection point of the hanger juss pure lig-inner penis stretch that I never got with the LengthMaster or hanger and I love it...I ve been peing since jan 23 and have gained 0.4-0.5 from lengthmaster hanging in 2-3 months now its going on the 4th month and im using this combo to hang and its amazing the inner stretch I feel...everyone is different and might not like it as I do but you guys who hang should try it...on the penimaster website they have a video where the guy hangs max weight for 30 mins (don't know what max weight was) then super sets with lighter weight for an hour and rides the fatigue like bib said so I start with 5lbs 30 mins rest 5-10 then hit 12.5lbs 30 mins rest 5-10 mins then 10 lbs for an hour then 5lbs for 30 mins-1hour depends on how lazy I am and my ligs are screaming as I type lol...this is awesome I might get a vac hanger and do this..its all about time under tension not how much weight you can hang so with that said the longer you hang at a weight it stretches your ligs deep the less sets you have to do and gains should happen..we will see..sorry for the long ass post but im excited becuz I started a 6.5 and am now 6.9-7.1 depending on eq using the LengthMaster so these longer hanging periods should bring quicker better gains we will see in july where im at cuz that's the 6 month period...wish me luck and give this a shot guys..and also I need someone to help me with what I can use to protect the glands becuz I have been going in without protection becuz me glands cap failed so I need some suggestions..but I haven't gotten any blisters yet thank god but I just want to prevent that so someone please help thanx
 
I'm using vac hanger and doing 1 hour sets with 12.5lbs love it
 
the stretch you get is so much better than compression hangers...the whole penis gets the stretch..any gains yet? JDCSD

Only been about a week at it. Haven't measured in a while. Was 7.5 bpel when I started l really hoping to hit 8 in the near future
 
yea 8 inches is my short term goal starting at 6.5 so hopefully sometime this year I should hit that..hopefully sooner than later good luck tho bro
 
Yah I want 9 but every half inch is a celebration in my opinion

I think I'll start doing that. When I go out with my wife and I've gained a new half inch I'll order champagne. Everytime you order champagne the waiter asks you what your celebrating. I'll say I just hit 8inches of dick length, cheers to my dick, lol

How do you wrap for the VH3? When ever I went over 8.5 lbs I got small blood blisters all over my glans.

I've just been putting a band aid over the top of my glans.basically same as doing the tape that comes with it except I put the non stick part of the band aid over my pee hole since pulling tape off that area doesn't feel very good

Congrats on your gains. I hope you haven't given up yet.
