I’ve searched all over the internet and never really heard much discussion on this. Assuming you have a solid routine for PE, and consistent, would the addition of HGH help either speed up the process or increase gains? Has anyone had any experiences with this?

I take 2.5iu 6 days a week for bodybuilding and fat loss. My first thought based on gh’s ability to speed up tissue Repair is that this would be a great addition to a PE regiment.

Thoughts? Experiences? Facts? Rumors? Myths from the PE ancestors?

I have no idea. You can provide us with data.

It can indeed impact gut health. The moment it does, do evaluate for possible issues, such as bowel movement issues, nutrients absorption deficiencies, and worst yet, cancers. I do have cases close to home who use HGH and did develop cancers. This also goes for steroids. However, HGH encourages metabolic improvements and development of stronger gut health, with lower cases of the bad side effects.

Is there a safe amount to avoid these issues?

Unfortunately, no. Too low and it won't work. There is no middle dosages that is considered safe and effective. It's always a trial and error for every individual.
