Thanks to the newbie Bathmate routine I'm at 1 cm from reaching 10 inches in my X-40. After pump session my girth reaches 6.3 inches, yet it's still not permanent due to too short period of exercises. Now - what if Ill reach pressure valve from inside? It might be pretty painfull during pump session. I want to use my Bathmate still and fill it with girth as well, and then I can proceed with length. Today I took 1 day off and changed my routine to hardcore stretches, 300 jelqs, 1 minute ssj, 10 min pump, 300 jelqs, 1 minute ssj, 10 min pump + cockring and wrap. Yet it's still 'newbie' routine. It's ok to do it for 1 more month but what then? I saw good reports about girth gains from phase 2 off mos dvd and... should I just use those exercises and add Bathmate? Like - hardcore stretches, 1 set of phase 2 exercises, 10 min pump, 2 set of phase 2 exercises etc. etc. Any ideas? Or is jelqing way better?
