Thanks for the replies guys. I normally do use my hands but i find the jelq device delivers way more intensity and less effort. I will take your advice and switch back to my hands. I at one point a couple months ago was able to do all of the phase one routine. Unfortunately i have been so busy with work i wasn't able to do it for a couple months but now i am back on. i have already cemented a half inch gain in the length department and half inch gain in the girth department as well. happy to report I have not lost any of my gains even taking a couple months off. so far i am in two weeks to the phase one program. I am also gonna try to incorporate the
size genetics device after i am done with stretching.
so i remember reading some where that i should add tunica stretches in my routine to insure i am getting gains. Does anyone think i should add tunica stretches to all the 5 phases. DLD what do you think? Also how long should i wear cockring after girth training?
