Ran into a problem yesterday. I was with a girl and drank only a few beers and some wine... Not much. We started doing stuff and no matter what she'd do, (Oral, tugging, etc) couldn't get me hard.

I'm 19 and have noticed some problems as of late in getting an erection when I started Penis Enlargement. I've got some gains but it's not worth it if I can't even achieve an erection.

I take Ginkgo and Ginseng pills for circulation twice a day and have been doing it for some time but I don't think they've helped.

I couldn't feel any sensitivity practically in my penis. I told her to even use her teeth to tug at it some.

I jelqed and did kegels the day before and not sure if that had any affect. It may have just been the alcohol, but can Penis Enlargement hurt blood circulation or sensitivity to the point that you can't get an erection?

And I'd like some tips on getting a harder erection or more stimulation to basically get an erection on command. (If possible, and I don't have within my power to buy viagra, cialis, and etc)

Little odd at 19 to have erection problems and when a girl is begging you to fuck her... It gets annoying more than anything else. (And isn't very fun for me when I don't get off)

That's the problem, no. I'm a Fraternity boy and I drink in excessive amounts several times a week. I've been doing so for several years now too which is why this was such a small amount. (Which may be the problem)

Taking Flax Seed Oil, Salmon Oil, Zinc, Ginseng, Magnesium, and Ginkgo now with extra rest and exercise (Arms, Abs, cardio).

Taking a small break off Penis Enlargement but plan to start it back up. (Because it has been working)

Thinking about getting some Horny Goat Weed heh. May help.

Any suggestions on getting a harder erection, increasing libido, and increasing testosterone naturally?

And now I'm just getting psyched and a little stressed over the fact that I don't get ultra hard erections. (Well, unless I stimulate in the form of jacking off but even then I can't hold that "Head full of blood" look and have to use one hand to squeeze the base as the other strokes the glans) Being psyched out can't be good for it either.

Edit: Oh, and I've been drinking those Carnation Breakfast Shakes about 5 times a day which have lots of protein, calcium, and vitamins. Can too much protein hurt an erection?
 
It could be performance anxiety, get some Viagra and split it so it's only 25mg, take a 25mg tablet and have sex with a girl then the next time you hook with the same girl don't take any. This is one way to fix performance anxiety when you meet a girl, but always carry some V just in case of things like what happened.

This is a kegel exercise, and I still say it's by far the best when I can be assed to do it hehehe.

Hey thanks, I'll check out that exercise and try it out.

As for Viagra, I can't exactly walk into a Rite Aid and buy that or something. So there's not really a way for me to get that - Unless there are some shady Viagra dealers in slums that sell it. heh
 
It could be a combination of things. Alcohol never helps. None of us can perform properly after drinking 'a few beers and a glass of wine'. You're taking so many suppliments on the one hand, then you go out boozing several nights a week on the other. You can't expect your poor body to work very well if you treat it like that. Why don't you try looking after yourself? If you eat a healthy, balanced diet, hydrate, sleep and exercise enough, you shouldn't need any suppliments. That only leaves one area to look at: The mental aspect. Performance anxiety causes some guys to find they can't get it up. If ever I got performance anxiety it would manifests itself in the shape of premature ejaculation. Eventually I learned to overcome the problem. It had to do with sorting out my self confidence. The fact that we're here learning about pe kind of hints that we all have some kind of inferiority issues that we need to overcome.

Not looking for sympathy or anything, just advice that might help. I'll try some of those exercises that Pandora put up, but yeah you're right. I should probably cut out some on the alcohol.

( 6.9-7 inches nbp) Then again this was a girl I've been flirting with for a while and it was kind of a surprise hook up, so that might be it. (We'll see if she wants to try again after this happened, lol)

I stopped falling for a girl who was fucking with my head. Then I had a lot fun sex with a succession of women whom I didn't allow to fuck with my head, and finally I met a woman whom I realised I could trust never to fuck with my head. And I married her. That was 17 years ago. I was right too. She's also the best fuck by far, and she has that opinion of me.
