I know I over did it. I have a bathmate xtreme x30. I would leave it on 30 minutes at a time without taking it off. I would maintain the pressure as tight as I could the whole 30 minutes. I wouldn't cause pain just slight discomfort. I used it for 3 or 4 months like this.


About a month ago I started to notice some EQ issues. I stopped using the bathmate 2 weeks ago because my EQ became very concerning. I no longer can get a spontaneous erection. I have to have direct contact to get and maintain an erection. I've even been with a couple women 2 to 3 weeks ago and cannot get and maintain an erection without direct contact.

I used to be able to get an erection just thinking about sex or touching a woman. Since I stopped using the bathmate my penis is shriveled and cold throughout the day. I still get mentally aroused thinking about sex but my penis doesn't respond. The thought of this being permanent is devastating. Based on my routine and symptoms do you guys think this is a venous leak or something permanent?

Have you guys heard of the bathmate causing venous leak? Any ideas/opinions?

Maybe the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine works better for you, check out SRT.
 
I don't know what has happend to you, would be really interesting to know becasue it reminds me of my own erection.

What i can say though is that you are overpumping.. You pump too much and too aggressive and your penis suffers.
 
I have got a very similar situation of what you have got. I was overpumping when I used the vacuum pump for too long that caused the phimosis all over my penis and and I started to suffer with erection problem. I have had my foreskin removed as it did solved the problem but the erection did not return.

However. as the years goes by, I have been trying very hard to find out what is wrong, but I have found out at the end.

I have been using the kegels to squeeze my PC muscle for the last few days and my erection did return. It wasn't strong as it is used to be, but my erection got better so I have got to do it every day for few months to see if it is would make a huge difference.

I suggest you to try it. :)

By all means YES! When edging, pumping, jelqing, ballooning, etc. you want to use the Kegel as it will bring in the maximum blood capacity.

This is my erection issue if someone has a good analyze feel free to help:

I can feel the urge to ejaculate 2-4 times before my erection is even at 100%
I have to do reverse kegels and kegels to get to and maintain my best erection state.
I loose my erection very quick, i need physical stimulation all the time to maintain it.

Most need physical stimulation to retain an erection so there is not a big issue there. It appears that the issue is premature ejaculation and weak PF muscles. There are many ways to combat these issues. Here is a list of ways to cure Premature Ejaculation:

i've never got the breathing part or maybe im doing it wrong but what i do is hold my anus basically reverse kegel an distract myself with thoughts of things that don't matter or stop doing auto kegels

Thanks. But actually i feel that i'm pretty decent at controling myself and my orgasm.
The problem is that i'm used to my erection going to 100% very fast and easy, obviously as my size wasn't big in the beginning.
It was so easy to reach my erection, the blood pushed through quick and i was ready to go.
Now i have to stimulate myself for much longer to reach good erection, i have to aim for the orgasm and stop right before PONR
a couple times and do some kegels and reverse kegels to get good erection fast.
It's like my natural system doesn't push all the neccessary blood quick enough to get that 100% erection as quick as i want to.

I can't understand why my pelvic floor muscles would be weak :)

Thats good. Training yourself to control the PONR is key in sex, looks like you've made improvements to lasting longer

I use to be alternating my 5x5x3 with either ssj or edging.

when I edge I get better erections after pumping:)

Maybe you should edge before your pumping and then do the 5x5x3

These things should not be legal as they are currently sold. I followed the instructions exactly and it's apparently permanently changed my penis for the worse.

No, your issues are not the same. This is the first time I have ever heard of anyone becoming impotent because of pumping. I think a rip to the urologist is the best thing to do, there has to be some other issue. Please get to a doctor and let us know the results.
