If I understand this correctly, you're stretching out harder to reach ligs by doing this, correct? Otherwise my thought would be that your loosening up the part of the penis that "anchors" in somewhat...so if thats true, and I understand correctly, this should also help flaccid hang, right? To me it seems like in order to get gains from this alone, it would have to be lig stretching. I know I don't know as much about this as you guys, but otherwise in my mind there just wouldn't be anything 'in there' to pull out.
But I definitely understand what you're getting at, and am very interested in this, as I think its a way to work the "other side" of the penis. Seems a lot to me like working out your legs, or many other muscles for that matter. If you overtrain one muscle you eventually can't gain much more until you strengthen the muscle (or muscles) that work in the opposite way....like the quadricep and hamstring.
