Hi can I do the DLD newbie routine everyday but also do 12 minutes of jelqing 2 days on 1 day off and add 1 minute of jelqing a week? Also does DLD newbie stretches work? And do i have to warm up before stretches?

ChilDsh;664440 said:1000 kegels a day are too much at your level.Your PC muscle will get very tierd and you won't be able to mantain erections,for even days,until your PC muscle will recover.It happend to me.If you never did kegels,start easily,100-200,and every week add another 50-100...500 reps a day should be enough later on,make sure your holding and squeezing when you do a kegel,not just a quick rep...squeeze and hold for about 2-3 seconds,release,that's a strong rep imo.
