Recently I've been working on a homemade cock ring using leftover materials from building a homemade ROP. (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?30580-ROP-Construction)
It's still a work in progress (it has broken apart in the Bathmate after a few uses) but it seems to work great after a girth-focused routine. In this thread I'll describe the process behind building the homemade cock ring so that others may try the same method.
DIY Cock Ring

Materials required:
- Scissors
- Drinking straw (The Connector)
- Super glue
- Ruler
- 1/4 inch ID, inside diameter, latex hose (Can be bought online, the part number is 5234K44 at McMasters)
- Tape (optional)

Step 1: Cut off 1 inch of a drinking straw.
Step 2: Using the measurement of your base girth, subtract one inch and then find that length on your latex hose using a ruler.
(For example, my base girth is normally 6.75 inches. I would then proceed to measure up to 5.75 or 5.5 inches)

Step 3: Cut the desired length of your latex hose.

Step 4: Stick about half an inch of the drinking straw into one end of the latex hose. This will be your Connector.
If you attach the other end you can see how well the straw will fit, but it's easy to damage the straw as well so you'll have to cut another piece of the straw off to be used as a connector.

Step 5: Super glue the inside of the other end of the latex hose, around the outside, and on the Connector.

Step 6: Carefully attach the other end of the latex hose to the end that has the Connector to form a ring. Push it slightly together to hold it in place for a few minutes, then let it dry.

Step 7: In case the glue doesn't hold and the ring comes apart, it may be in your best interest to tape up where the glue is holding both ends together. In this photo I'm using tape that's used to keep gauze pads and other medical cloths attached to your skin.
Step 8: Either while erect or flaccid, place your penis through the ring and bring it down to your base, pushing the ring against your fatpad. You can even stretch out your penis and "roll" the ring down (like a condom) to get a tighter grip. Rolling the ring may cause a bit of tear after frequent rolls.
You may have to keep yourself stimulated for a while, but you can do Slow Squash Jelqs and other girth exercises while wearing this device. Very cheap to make and the material allows you to make a bunch of them in case the first one you make doesn't work out or fit you.
If anybody has any suggestions on how to improve the design I'd like to know, the only thing I'm unsure about is how well it'll stick together as the superglue has come undone in the Hydromax. But hey, if you've got the materials at home and don't feel like buying your own cockring, try making one! You can even make one that fits your whole package too, as long as the measurements of the latex hose is longer. Gotta experiment with that one.
To see the ring in action (sans tape) after a Hydromax session check out this post from my thread in Routines and Progress: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...-Penis Enlargement-Report&p=564668#post564668
