I have heard some different things about the best way to use an extender and i was just wondering... what is better, using an extender at a high tension for 1-3 hours and then using ujw or staying at a lower tension and not fully extended (lets say 90% full extension) for say 4-8 hours. Before i strap into the extender i usually do anywhere from 30-45 minutes hanging and usually 1 sets of stretches in all directions including BTC. I am asking this because it is difficult for me to wear my extender to work so if i can wear it at home for 1-3 hours before work at a high tension then going to work in my ujw and it works better then the other option then that would be great.
