I read the SRT thread DLD posted and it's very informative. He suggests to wear a cock ring after a girth work out after doing manual girth or with Bathmate to hold the temporary gains longer which should eventually lead to faster gains.

I do my girth workout late at night before I go to bed.

I know lots of forum members wear cock rings safely throughout the day.

Is it safe to wear a cock ring while you sleep at night?
 
I use one after pumping. I use surgical tubing tight enough to hold but not so tight that things get blue. I tend to not keep it on any longer than 45 mins. I would be leery about keeping it on all night. Might wake up neutered!
 
I keep it on at night and wake up like 3-4 hours later with a boner and take it off then wrap the rest of the night. I used to have not as tight of cock rings that I could go all night with though.
 
I'm in the same boat as you countryboy and thinking about the SRT theory. I also do late night girth and go to sleep so that gives me a small window to use the cock ring. It makes sense for us to wear it to sleep to keep the gains. It sounds like good way to keep the pump and promote growth while we sleep. The nocturnal erections and morning wood will probably get a boost as well.

Come to think of it my alchemy metal band is perfect for this task because it's one of those cock rings that goes over the penis and balls without constricting too much. The only thing is the metal makes my skin ichy and red so I have to cover it with plastic wrap. This should be very beneficial for eq and to promote gains by wearing it all those hours.
 
I don't think I can wear my cock ring anymore. I wore it while I slept and the next day the skin issue came back. I have sensitive skin, and even if I cover the cock ring w/ saran wrap I still get red ichy skin where the ring was. :( I wanted to use it to follow the SRT and keep the pump and gains.
 
Try a different material for the cock ring.
They come in leather ,glass ,silcone ,rubber,wood,etc.

Thanks leaker! your always a big help. Yeah this makes sense that chrome material is no good I guess. I just don't know how it can get though the saran wrap.
 
Think on a microscopic level.You are moving around a bit and the chrome is going to get combined with the saran wrap(that stuff can't be good for your skin either) and then the small chrome particles gets on your skin.
 
Where can I get a good cock ring? I am going to start concentrating on girth for a few weeks and I want one to wear after my girth routine.
 
Yeah I want to know the same thing. Any cock ring recommendations? Preferably one that's not disposable and isn't made of a material that irritates the skin. I heard the hardwear ring is a good one, but over a $100 is a little expensive. Maybe two different kinds that go over the balls and penis as well as the ones that go on the base alone. DLD maybe you can get a discount on a good solid cock ring? I know people are looking for a good one for the SRT routine.

Awesome thanks leaker! I've seen something similar to this on the forttroff website but didn't think anything of it. I love that it's a ball stretcher as well. Did you ever try this item leaker? Do you think the material will last for a year or more w/o ripping? I'm going to add this to my pe xmas list lol.
 
The best type to wear to bed are the latex rings, they come like 3 to a pack for around $20. They are tight but no too tight to cut circulation off, lust enough to wear to bed.
