Morning: Hot water/towel/shower to warm up, followed by jelqing(50-100 jelqs)
After that I hope to get to a point where I can wear the Phallosan all day at work under moderate tension, that's 9 hours of wearing it.
Evening after home from work: Hot water/wet towel warm up, followed by another 50-100 jelqs. After that, some manual stretching with the Lengthmaster, followed by 3 20 minute sets of hanging with Lengthmaster, gradually increasing weight over weeks/months.
Bed time: Strap back into Phallosan and sleep 6-8 hours while strapped in under loosest tension possible, just keeping it elongated.
Repeat process next day with 1 rest day a week.
I know everyone gains different, and it's a marathon not a sprint, but how much do you think I could gain in 2-3 years with this routine? I'm currently 6.5" BPEL and 4.9" EG mid-shaft.
