Can I gain with this routine and how much do you think I could gain in 2-3 years?

Morning: Hot water/towel/shower to warm up, followed by jelqing(50-100 jelqs)

After that I hope to get to a point where I can wear the Phallosan all day at work under moderate tension, that's 9 hours of wearing it.

Evening after home from work: Hot water/wet towel warm up, followed by another 50-100 jelqs. After that, some manual stretching with the Lengthmaster, followed by 3 20 minute sets of hanging with Lengthmaster, gradually increasing weight over weeks/months.

Bed time: Strap back into Phallosan and sleep 6-8 hours while strapped in under loosest tension possible, just keeping it elongated.

Repeat process next day with 1 rest day a week.

I know everyone gains different, and it's a marathon not a sprint, but how much do you think I could gain in 2-3 years with this routine? I'm currently 6.5" BPEL and 4.9" EG mid-shaft.
 
I wouldn't wear it for 9 hours. Maybe less, but idk if you're a newbie or not.

Aside from that everything looks good dude.

You have the perfect attitude to your approach to PE and I like the workout you have created. I will give some advice that may help. First thing is I would include Bundled Stretches before your workout, these will help to pre stretch the tissue you are trying to enlarge. Next, I would include the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch at least 3 times a week, this will keep Turkey Neck away and help your penis to hang longer and heavier while flaccid. When wearing the Phallosan through the day be sure to take off every hour to see how you are handling it. If everything looks good go for 2 hours and repeat the procedure until you reach the 9 hours you want. This will not only give you a map to using your Phallosan during the day, it will also give you the data you need to wear at night. Outside of that everything else looks great.

Also getting in erect/erect bundled stretches a few times per week is great and hitting every angle and direction while stretching.

I do :)!

I spend 10-20 minutes once, ideally twice a week doing as many erect/erect bundled stretches as possible in a pretty even ratio.
50-60% erect bundled stretches and 40-50% erect stretches

i love them so much too :) they're a great exercise, usually fully erect or 80% fluctuation

I can beat my chest with all confidence that you fell off this routine. It is too complicated and heavy to stick with.
