this is a exercise that i do dont know if it already is one but its the most effective. you get a 100% hard erection then with your hands bend your dick to the right or left really hard for about 30 sec to 1 minute. you use two hands sort of opposing directions and simulating a curved dick. after that relax and get your boner up to 100% again and do it another minute or whatever. im bending my dick only to the right and now it kinda bends that way permanently a few degrees. ive only been doing it about 1-2 weeks, this tells me that it works, im just testing. anyone know what this is called? jelqs and newb exercises do nothing so this is very good for experienced peeople that hit platueas.
