A lot of people claimed having gained a lot from his exercises. Like... inches in very short periods of time. I don't get why there's not a lot of attention on these exercises. If you would browse �other PE site� for example, you wouldn't come across the __________ stretch very easily. What you would come across a lot more for example are stretches which people have used (often times 10 different stretches, 5 sets each blabla) to gain 1 inch with in 2/3 years. Why?
Anyways, my original question was how the hell can I know how to perform his exercises properly? Currently I am just doing the __________ Stretch because I get how to do that. At least, are you supposed to push your knuckles against your shaft too? I find that I can stretch with way more force by doing this. Is this okay?
I don't get why there aren't any videos around if these exercises can make such a big difference. A lot of people don't get it from just an explanation of the exercise and have asked for a video too but still nothing.. I don't want to cry and moan about it but it's just very unfortunate.
Isn't there a volunteer that could record how you properly execute these exercises?
