How much of a size increase can you get from this, noticeably different?
This is one of the subjects I'd tend to 'write a book' about .. (will try not to). Lecithin is a form of nootropic, it's neuroprotective, it's hepatoprotective (that's the Liver), it scours your veins and arteries clean (easier and harder erections is one of the effects of that .. even spontaneous, like being a teenager), it protects the pineal and pituitary glands (you'll get a hormone boost just from that), it'll probably make you start coughing up or sneezing up dark bletch out of your body as it cleans out your blood system, .. etc etc etc ..
The mechanism by which it increases ball size is more to do with protecting the testes from environmental and myco toxins and from the resultant oxidative stress, and by increasing blood flow so things work properly. If someone is young and eats very cleanly .. it might not do much at all. If someone has some miles on them and eats junk food .. they're probably going to be impressed with the difference. I can't say it'll do "XYZ" size difference, because essentially it's 'just' returning the balls towards their natural size .. so that's going to vary from person to person based upon how big they
should be, and how much smaller they are at the time due to insult from environmental factors for hormone disruption and oxidative stress, (or even overuse such as chronic masturbation etc), but for me when I take the time to go on Lecithin it's probably like a third ... say 33%, -- which is pretty good, and also probably a condemnation of some of my eating habits.
Lecithin's effect (once again, from Sunflower .. not Soy) can be superpotentiated a bit by adding some Rutin .. a couple of grams per day, and (if the person is not already on blood thinners) Ginko Biloba too, 120mg capsule with each spoonful of Lecithin. The effects should be obvious in anywhere from 3 to 21 days. If it's quick then the difference would seem obvious, if it takes a few weeks then the user might want to chart it when starting out .. such as palpating the balls to bracket them with your fingers and then measure that with a ruler or sketch it down on paper.
Also a +1 for Freeballing/commando. Let em breathe, keep em cool. If balls liked being warm they'd be on the inside in the first place where a bear/wolf/tiger couldn't bite them off..
