So I was using a penomet for about 6 7 weeks. I honestly got barely any gains. I was thicker, I have a fairly skinny penis I think, I can make an ok sign with my fingers and my penis falls through, but when I was using penomet my dick was stuck and was about as girthy around as an ok sign. So I guess it did give me that thickness however there never seemed to be a real difference visually. and my length never increased. im a student in hs and im on a summer trip with my family so I didn't bring it with me because I was afraid theyd see it in my suitcase. So I just started a newbie routine last week. I know I may sound dumb but how do I know if I am getting results? I see everyone says after a workout they are temp longer and thicker. After my stretching I do not get longer it shrinks back up, and my jelqing does not make my penis thicker at all. my penomet routine was hardcore stretches 300 fast jelqs and 20 min of penomet. I really need to find a way to make my penis grow im not sure why nothing much has worked. Should I not masterbate? And how slow should a jelq be? does sleep or my diet have anything to do with it? how can I tell if it is a good workout? and should I get a bathmate over a penomet?
