hey guys! hows everything.
been on here for a while, but just started to commit to the begginer routine shown below :Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

after 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

Now my issue, is doing straight up exercises shown above cause me to get hard, and having to stop for 3 mins ish and wait to get soft again, and doing jelqing after 30 seconds hard as a rock... any advice on how to stop this?
also just purchased the bathmate and have used it today for the first time, is it best to use before or after exercising. thank you friends means alot..
any advice is much appreciated
 
Fzeeq, Welcome to the Brotherhood! I have a bit of advice that will truly help you on your way to making major gains quickly. Stretching all looks good but there are 3 additional stretches you should get in. 1. Bundled Stretches, 2. Expressive Stretches, 3. Erect Stretches. These 3 exercises will bring gains much faster when added to the stretches above. You can find out how to do each stretch in SRT. I love your approach to jelqing as it is in line with the newbie methodology. Once your BathMate comes this is the routine that will take the place of your jelqing, again, completely outlined in SRT.

BathMate/Penomet Girth program (SRT 5x5x3)

Pump 100% for 5 minutes
Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes

Pump 100% for 5 minutes
Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes

Pump 100% for 5 minutes
Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes

Done


As far as your erect issues go I have 2 bits of advice. Erect jelqing is just fine, that is how I have always jelqed and I have made incredible girth gains. So have no fear with erect jelqing. When you start the SlowSquashJelqing you will not be able to remain 100% erect, most men will subside to about the 90% mark.

As far as stretching goes, masturbate before you stretch and your problem is solved.
 
Just do your stretches if you get erect either way, its called erect stretching, still helps you gain

use the bathmate after stretching, infact when you get that erection would be a perfect time to put the bathmate on
 
HAHAHa sometimes i do the opposite just to see what i get and i get girthy..tough

BM first LM later...

It does matter. Getting a good stretch is difficult after girth work. If doing girth and length in the same day or time be sure to do Length work first and Girth work second.
 
Thanks for the replies guys especially Double long daddy
one last issue used the bath mate yesterday and today. however im circumcised now for 3 years
frenulum always been a bit tight so when im erect the head is pointed downwards only a tiny tiny amount unnoticeable to most, but using the bathmate and i pump, the head is almost pointing down, as the frenulum is even tighter. hard to explain..

Big Schwanz do you ever think about the things I do every day for you to consider before accusing me of contradiction? I been doing bathmate (girth work) before length since 19 days now.

I've experimented recently with doing bathmate before length while before i did length then bathmate. I don't see a difference when stretching after girth work. I still feel the stretch when doing length. Perhaps this may just be me but I'll continue doing this and let you guys know if it does get harder.

I give absolutely no consideration on what you do on a daily basis. I never accused you of anything, including contradicting yourself...what I did do was question if you actually read what you post, (something far more egregious, imo)

I give absolutely no consideration on what you do on a daily basis. I never accused you of anything, including contradicting yourself...what I did do was question if you actually read what you post, (something far more egregious, imo)

Well I assumed you were talking about what I had stated in other posts regarding my methods and my thoughts on how length is better before girth. Which to me makes more sense than bringing up anything else at the moment. What did you have in mind then.

But it is still a good idea to switch it up sometimes, no?
And assuming you could get a good stretch after girth, it probably would be pretty good for gaining :)
 
It's harder to stretch after girthwork, but I doubt it's "bad" for gaining

I think it's the same for most of us. I'm yet to see anyone on the forum claiming to be doing length work after girth.
