well to help recovery i use whey because it goes quiclky into the bloodstream and tissue.
 
I've never adjusted my diet to fit my Penis Enlargement routine. Protein is used for muscle recovery, the penis isn't a muscle, it's a tissue, therefore whey protein won't have a big effect like whey protein after working out at the gym for instance.

Protein has many functions as far as healing goes aside from muscles. Proteins also effect bone and tissue repair.

So what so you use to build skin tissue,veins?

Yeah but proteins main function is to repair muscles. Of course it does more than just that.

How do i build skin, tissue and veins? By tugging on my dick for excessive amounts of the day.

You do not build it with that!
You only trigger the response!
You send the impulses that new stuff must be added, but then you must eat to replenish and recover and in the end build new cells!
 
Diet is a good thing to take into consideration with penis enlargement. Of course you don't need to focus on it to make gains, but to reduce the fat pad area or to be strong for your workout as in stretching for long periods of time, you want to be in the best physical shape possible, as well as have energy. I would think of penis enlarging as working out any other kind of exercise. You don't want to get a cramp and you want to stay hydrated. :)
 
As stress is applied tissue becomes deformed and micro-tears in the tissue begin to heal in an expanded, extended size.

Alex, i wasn't being serious.

I'm a biology student. My cells duplicate through mitosis, over and over and over and over again until, oh look, 9 inches by 6 inches.
