its my first proper injury! after using the Bathmate twice (once in the morning and then again in the afternoon) on the sunday, my left nut swollen out and was in so much pain on the monday!
i am putting it down to the Bathmate because that is the only thing that effects my sack because the Bathmate pulls part of my sack inside the tube as well as the veins in the sack, doctor just gave me some tablets and my nut still hurts a bit today but is defo on its way to full recovery!
will say as well that my hanger has left me with 2 bruises that are just not going, 1 is barly see-able, the other is about half inch long and quite dark!
so i have came to the conclusion from both these injuries that i am very sad to say but that is going to be the last time i use my hanger, pump, and Bathmate because i am scared of further injuries!
i am going to just stick with doing manual work, jelqs, clamping and stretches, maybe some SS, and a ads! just hope it is enough to keep the gains coming! routines required???
