Recentley I got a sizegenetics (1 week ago) and I own a Bathmate. I have gone through various routines within only two months or so of Penis Enlargement. I thought of this routine and am trying it out today. So far so good. The reason I am doing this routine is because wearing the SG at school is a hassle because it is visible and hard to longboard with.
So I wake up pop 3 MALEEXTA and get ready and get in the car for school. I kegel all the way there (15 min.) and throughout classes. Drive home (15. min kegel) so all in all I do a shit ton of kegels. Once at home I warm up in shower and pump my Bathmate for 10 min. then (ssj with kegels) pump for 15 to 20 min more then (ssj with kegels) finally I pump for 5 to 10 min then (ssj with kegel) Now I try to get my SG on (expansion makes this difficult) and I wear it with almost all the bars till bed (5-8 hours). I take it off every hour or two and I occasionally kegel with the SG on. Finally I do a mini pump session for 10 minutes with some SSJ before bed. Fall asleep and repeat every day. Side Note: I eat really well and excersice 4 days out of the week at 7 pm (take SG off while lifting).
So that is a basic summary of my routine. Any advice on this? I believe it is a good routine because I have an intense girth session and I use the girthy expanded tissue to stretch even more lengthwise with my SG. I kegel almost all day to maintain healthy erections. I am pretty close to all the bars on my SG, can I request the company to send me more? Any tips on my routine would be nice. I know you are all going to say add some manuel stretches or jelqs but frankly I have done them in the past and really just like how my expansion is after this routine instead. I suppose some manuel stretches couldn't hurt.
