I wear them constantly. If the days are too hot, I switch to flex tape wrapping. Don't want sweaty penis. On cooler days, I use the sleeves for fast out and removal, on top of being hygienic.

The SiliSleev #2 is around 6mm thick. It has good thick wall too keep the traction force up to 1lb, at times, 1.5lbs. If you want constant stretching, traction devices like PhaloSan Forte is the key, but use with a vacuum cups for comforts.

Good question. There may have been one in the past. I believe the video could have been accidentally deleted. However, the trick is to wrap a THERABAND around the base of the glans before using sleeve. This is to prevent the sliding of the foreskin over the glans and moves the sleeve with it. I have foreskin and this is the method I use.
