Wow, just did a session of Slow Squash Jelqs and Toilet compression squeezes and my goodness my shit looks retarded:) I did them like this, using the philosophy of the extended erections.

Put on some good �naked people movies� and get myself to 100% and I set in to keep this erection for 2 hours. The SSJ kept me at 100% while every 2 minutes or so I would do a 60 second set of toilet compression squeezes then start all over again.

After 2 hours I can say that my dick was never fatter. Still, hours later my flaccid is hanging real healthy.

you use the toilet seat to compress the penis between it and the toilet rim. 60 seconds at each segment. DLD said that in the OP

There is a vatiation of the Frendos where you put your constricted penis on a flat surface and start squashing it between another flat surface. These Toilet compression squeezes sound fun though- I wonder whether they are done constricted as well...
 
Let's make sure we clarify that we aren't saying a guy is placing his erection between the toilet seat and bowl rim and closing the seat down onto his penis with his body weight. At least not for about 6 months, that's the hardcore shit.

Well, I just used a flat table on the sink n the bathroom and kind of performed a massage to the top of my unit fully erect while pressing downwards with one hand on the top part of my unit and the other hand on the mid shaft of my unit. I pressed creating small circular motions both ways for around 60 seconds, but I wasn't sure if this is a hold or to be done in a circular motion?

I notice more plumpness, but I'm confused if I'm doing these correctly.

I was fully erect laying my unit on the sink and "squished" the top of my unit into the sink creating circular motions both ways all up and down my unit.

Any clarification gentlemen? I appreciate all the responces

I think what you should just do it put your erect penis on a flat surface and squash it with a book or something. You can manually regulate the intensity and it is much LESS confusing. Try that and tell us what you think, I've tried it and it is not bad (depends on how intense you go though). Plus- you can try doing this constricted with a hair band, cock ring or maybe even clamp not to have blood flow out so easily, but rather to have it in the tunica expanding and widening it...
 
This exercise is getting a lot of popularity lately, I am glad because it is a great way to widen the penis.

Thanks dudes. Yea it's a great workout and that's what I am trying to hit is as much Tunica work as possible. I exhausted gains from hanging BTC for so many years my upwards stretching will benefit me more, and I am focusing on girth and wideness.

I use to measure 7 1/4 in girth after pumping but that was over a year ago. Now i'm targeting mostly back to 7 inches in girth, but right now i'm at 6 1/2 in width.

Those toilet compression squeezes are sweet though really bringng the width I like the new look my unit is getting. Thanks again dudes I already notice deformation of the tissues happening

I prefer the SlowSquashJelq to any other girth exercise. There are many to choose from but for me what matters most is expansion after a workout and the SSJ gives me the most expansion. Temporary expansion is the way to permanent girth gains, the more expansion the better.
