Sorry for my English but i'll try my best.

So since a week i have been using the Bathmate Xtreme X30 with SSJ

My routine 2 days exersice and 1 day rest, 2 days exercise 1 day rest and so on

I go to shower warming up a little then i start

SSJ & stretching combined for 5 min (in the shower)
Then i go to my room start some �naked people movies� and do BM 10 min
SSJ 5 min
BM 10 min
SSJ 5 min

My question regarding SSJ is when you are gripping with your left hand on the base of the shaft, doesn't that part grow slower or just not in comparison to the middle part where you are squashing. Since your left hand is pretty much holding the base part tight, isn't this holding up reducing the expansion? I see the middle part of the shaft expanding more then the base where my (ok grip) is covering it.

Wouldn't this cause long term for a wider mid section and a smaller base section? or am i wrong?


Also can you rate my routine? I'm pretty comfortable with it, it's like the 5x5x3. but i made the 5 min BM sessions 2x10 min sessions

I forgot to ask, doesn't the SSJ make your dick shorter?

Be sure to go as internal as possible with the lower hand when doing the SlowSquashJelq so you are gripping internal penis more than external. This will prevent any uneven gains from happening. Also, if you are training length, heavy downward stretches will exclusively increase base girth if there is a problem present with uneven gains. The SSJ will not make your penis shorter, quite the opposite. When expansion happens it includes both length and width expansion, and this is true with most girth exercises. Your routine looks good and I am glad you are using a variation of the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3).

Thanks a lot man, can you elaborate on the bold part, what do you mean by gripping internal more than external?

That would be gripping as far down the base as possible so that you are gripping internal penis grabbing as close to the pubic bone as possible.
 
try and make sure you first do 100-200 wet jelqs to warm up your penis, plus you will get better expansion and you'll be able to feel much better your tissue expanding and micro tearing

Uneven gains is something,I think Im dealing whit because I have noticed a variation between measurement s,now whit the LM the inner penis stretching would come out even....

As inner penis comes forward it will be thicker than the outside penis but over time and gains this will work into the total size of your shaft. Most men normally have a thicker penis at the base and it tapers as it reaches the head. No worries my Brother, just a normal part of the Expressive Process.
 
^ yes the inner dick does come out fatty its really cool.
