Hello PE world !!!
I' ve just registred today on mos forum and i want to introduce a bit of myself and experience on PE.
Im 29 yo and im doing PE around 4-5 years and the reason i registered here in mos was moslty of my need to share my thoughts my expirements and expierence on PE and a discussion feedback. I wont go in detail just now , but periodically in future i plan to make posts sharing thoughts etc..
On these 5 years i had tried several techniques, combinations, routines, theories, expirements focusing most on excersises using hands. I rl like expirements and research around PE and through these years i ve come up with my own excersise inventions mostly inspired by DLD excersises, theories, posts and explanations. ( I ve been wathcing peridocally this and other forums too as a guest)
On first 3 years i was just doing newby routine excersises 1-4 times per week. At first i was going on a very light routine cause i just wanted to give it a slightly try as i had my doubts if PE really works, so i was just doing it as relaxing stage routine before sleep, cause PE really helped to relax after a stressfull day and i didnt care if it rl works or no. So the days were passing, doing never an official measurement cause that was making me stressfull, till one day during a masturbation i realized i was able to grab my dick with both hands and a half hand when before 3 y i was barely able to grap with just 2. At this time i said " wow wtf ? it rl works lol ! "
But for my bad luck when i realized the efectiveness of a just light pe routine and i wanted to take it to next level and be more serious, i had to go to army ...................................... How i would be able to follow at least my routine inside army!!! , i had several questions like , would the gains stay ?, how i could incorporate some excersises inside army too. And from here my PE journey started for real, it became part of my life as i was thinking effective ways and find time to strech wherever i was like in bathroom, in bed, behind some trees and so on. I had in mind that , if cant do a full 1-2 hour routine then at least do 5-10 min x 10 subroutines during the day. Without warm ups i had some glans issues at first but i learned from the signs that my penis was giving to me and periodically i adapted in this style of PE excersise. Our body cells and mechanism is really a miracle and magic machine .
So after the army, i continued with more intensive routines and excersises like DLD 1-3 bundles streches, slow squash jelqs and so on. But i never follow exaclty a routine, i like do my expirements and find out what it best suits me. I have invented some interesting excersises and combinations too that i would like to share in future too , and also i have some questions that may other ppl here know to answer too.
From 3 years light routine i gained around 0.5-0.7 inches length , in 1 y in army i just maintained and cemented my gains maybe i took a slightly 0.1-0.2 and the 1 y i started with more intense excersises i gained around 0.8-1 inches. I cant say i regret that i ve spended 3-4 years without a more intense routine, as my penis was really ready for it when i started to use some of the most intensive excersises (It was like karate-kid movie who was doing at first fence cleaning for a long time when he suddenly realized that he had already learned karate).
PE for me is a hobby-research concept and i like new ideas, techniques, scientific discusions theories explanations and so on .
