Hello! I saw in a video on youtube where DLD attended and talked about PE. I think he said something about that he was just leaving his appartment under few circumstances and was focusing solely on Penis enlargement and this was possible the reason of his massive gains. I find this very inspirational.

That brings me to my situation.. I'm unemployed & singel and have a lot of freetime and motivation. I just want to keep tugging and make my small penis a monster! It sounded like DLD was spending a full day on PE, what do you even do if you spend a full day doing PE and does it even bring faster & more gains? I have heard a lot about rest days to make growth. And don't say "PEGym" is pussies all the time as an argument, they have a theory why you should add rest days.

Basically, what can i do to get most of my journey and get to that monster penis faster considering i'm singel, with a lot of freetime and motivation. As it is right now i finish my session and then still have free time and thinks: "My session is done, what to do know, wait for the next session?" For people that has a lot going on in their life they maybe need just a session and then the long breaks. But i have a lot of time and want to use that situation in the best possible way!

Everything i have is just my hands for now, so don't tell me to buy products as an advice, i will do it whenever i can put the money to it and such. I know their benefits and i'm interested in a pump and a clamp, but i will take care of that whenever i can!

I have read most of the SRT. But what i basically wonder more in depth is if i could stretch my penis randomly throughout the day, stretch as long as i want without any specific time frame and such. If i can jelq/stretch do all sort of girth work whenever i want and for how long as i want to kinda. Thats basically what i wonder. Instead of log everything i do, could i just do my routine with a variety of exercises whenever i feel like everyday with a rest day whenever.
 
amazing you have plenty of time you can spend 3 hours a day n you will get an amazing routine.

3 hours a day for a six months period = amazing surprises
 
I think you can choose your routines but having a new exercise everyday is not a good thing to do,theres an average period of3 months before changin to a new routine or exercise

better build your own routine n it would be better if you focus on one thing first e.g. lenght first...you can split your sessions,too monday to wednesday lenght..

wednesday to sunday you can do grth exercises..
 
I do length first, then girth and stamina work in same routine, no splitting. After a while when the edging is done as my finisher i stretch it again randomly whenever i feel like until i sleep. I also going to incorporate low erect jelqing everytime i shower. I add much heat when my routine is over and stretch it randomly. As girth and stamina work i focus on squeezes & bends at a pretty low erection %. Then high % jelqing and edging + ulis. Why does it matter if i do different exercises when it's all about getting expansion? It targets same spot/goal. I think it's more about how much intensity you finally have used at the end of the routine. At this point i managed to reach a "booming" feeling in my penis. I can feel the penis without touching it, it's not painful. It feels like it's pumping in the inside, cant describe it with words. Is this a good sign, should i keep going and take advantage of it. I guess it is fatigued.
 
You could just jelq all day long like that but you will get better gains once you add devices.
 
:) A side question! I have started to recognize that my penis leans to the left a little bit when erect. My penis usually always has been very straight pointing upward with a bend at the base. Looking almost like a perfect �naked people movies� penis with upward angle and thicker at base. It haa always looked perfectly normal and nice except that it's small.

But now it starts to lean to the left a little bit when erect, firstly i have noticed like my penis was kinda twisted a little bit somehow, like it's not 100% straight and that my right side of my penis looks a little bit thicker/bigger and the left side smaller if you look on my penis at the side.

What happend?
 
That's normal for anyone to have bro it should even out with regular PE. The routine is pretty good, but you need to learn how to use an ujs

Spending a full day doing PE won't make your dick a monster,just like spending 12 h in a gym won't turn you into Mister Olympia.Train smarter,not harder.

About rest days,i will say what i always say : Rest days are a waste of time.The penis does not have any muscles.Idk who invented this day off theory,in 90 % of the time is not the case to take a day off.When people take days off from PE they are thinking of gym,you train 4-5 days a week and have 2-3 days off.That's not the case in PE.We have tissue not muscle..Tissue does not need days off.The offten and the more you stretch it,the quicker it will grow.The only reason you should take a day off ( from girth ) is when you're fatigue and can't maintain an erection,or you're injured and can't do PE.Taking days off will slow your gains.If you want to take days off,no problem,but expect slower gains.

Train everyday,good diet,good supplementation,good sleep,follow SRT.

If you don't have any device start the NEWBIE ROUTINE.

Not a good idea.You need discipline.You can't do that this day,that the other day,take 2 days off and expect to grow a monster cock.You need a solid plan and consistency.

Measured some new girth gains. Just cement those and i'm at a 0.7+ girth gain so far. And a year hasn't past yet! :)

I believe it works, but only in a certain way. I don't believe everything that is said about PE. I think most stretching exercises are bullshit for an example. I'm gonna post a thread soon, i'm looking forward to your response and thoughts.

Yep, the thread is up. Everything that doesn't pull on the tunica/cc/cs is not legit stretching if you are looking for true gains. If your pubic area and scrotal is being pulled it's not gonna work. Actually it is gonna work in someway because it's going to probably target the tunica aswell. But the pulling on the scrotal/pubic area is just a waste and it will lead to a more ugly looking penis and some misleading gains.

I have created about 90% of the stretches you will find in the PE world. I am pretty sure they work :)

Do you think foreskin growth and turkey neck is what's causing all your confusion/bad feelings about pe?
