This "hardness" while flaccid is a issue many go through in the beginning stages of Penis Enlargement. It does feel a bit odd but I assure you it is a normal reaction. Deep tissue massage and time are the two factors that will allow this to dissipate.

I have been doing pe for about 2 years and became lazy and did not start, have been masturbating way to much lately, i think it's time for a break and just do deep tissue massage. So how long do you think i should do this and i haven't been warming up much.
OK good to know, I dont want to see you getting the start of scar tissue and get peyronies from it..I would tone down your Penis Enlargement to 3 times a week for now maybe less till it subsides, rest is just as important as working it out
super late update, still have deflated glans and hard flaccid, have some outer groin pain/back pain. Getting this fixed and hopefully everything gets back to normal.

I don't recall experiencing this. But I've noticed that it only happens to newbies. I've encountered two brothers who complained about this same stiffness.
