First off I want to apologize for my laziness as I'm sure these questions have already been asked and answered on here.
1) Is the main idea and theory of SRT to stay elongated or pumped as long as as possible or is the more to it?
3) My main goal right now is length. I'm looking for another 1" to 1 1/2" in length. I am doing my stretch routine twice a day. In the morning than wear the VLC all day then another stretch routine in the evening then using the SG for about 3 hrs. Then I wrap for all night wrap. My question is the 2 stretch routines a day too much? I'm going to take rest days but didn't know if I was not giving my cock enough to heal by doing it twice a day.
