I would say this is definitely a good start as it covers your PE needs (mainly girth, but the jelqs should help length too). Try it for three months, measuring once a month, and at the end see how far you have gone. If you get decent results, and I would say decent includes anything around .25 inches gain in length and girth, then continue with it. If not, I would suggest you to buy a
BM as pumps seem to have the best results for those focusing mainly on girth and secondarily on length as you seem to be.
If that is not an option,
instead I would say first work on your length, and then get into girth by switching to clamping. As I have learned myself and always say, PE is a gradual process and takes time, even for those like you with more reasonable goals. Even if you reach your goals within 6 months to a year, or even as fast as 3 months, you will still need to spend a good amount of time cementing your gains or else you will lose them. I spent nearly 8 months working on my length a couple of years ago and gained nearly an inch, but I failed to cement my gains and basically lost everything. Good luck!
