Hi MOS community. This is my first post here - about two months ago I came across this site, obviously was shocked to see what I did, and decided that I would like to enhance what I have. My situation is probably one many have faced, but I'm having trouble searching for a specific thread about it. Any insight is appreciated.

Measurements as of 6/10/11:

EG midshaft and at base: 6''
NBPenis EnlargementL: 6''

I'm being conservative in my measurements. I may be a hair over 6'' for both. My ideal size or rather my initial goal is simply to add 1 inch of length to be: 7'' length x 6'' girth.

I have never done any Penis Enlargement exercises before.

How do I best accomplish these length gains without adding much or any girth?

I'm 25 so don't have near the sexual experience as most on these boards do, but all of my previous girlfriends and current one have commented on "my size." Of course this isn't good enough for me. I'm very satisfied with my girth, but admit to having a bit of penis envy of guys with length around 8 inches. Rather than set some unrealistic goal I decided to invest the time, energy, and focus to doing this the right way and adding 1 inch of length. And so I'm asking you guys how do I do this without adding to my already large girth.

Do I simply use DLD's program and expect mostly or purely length gains?
Or do I remove the Jelqing portions?
Something else entirely?

From all I've read it seems stretching will be my focus, but I'm simply ignorant on the topic.

Stretching is indeed the (in my opinion) easiest way to gain lenght, because you don't need any devices, it's basically just pulling out your penis with your hands. I'm also already satisfied with my girth, but I still choose to jelq as well, because of the fact that jelqing can also result in lenght gains and it's also good for overall penis health. Also kegeling is a very good exercise, because it has many benefits and will help gaining.

So, if I were you I would take stretching as your main exercise and add some jelqing and kegeling. But quite frankly, a little bit more girth is not a problem I think, that being said I would suggest following the entire Newbie Routine. It's a very good routine for penis growth, condition and health.
 
Skip the girth portion of the routine and do only the stretching portion. If you feel girth is falling behind as you gain length simply include some jelqing.
 
Look if you did the routine length in the morning/ girth in the evening, split it in 2 times length (lenght in morning + evening). That way you force your penis into stress, because it doesn't have a whole day recovery time. Back when I was gaining (a long time ago LOL), I did a lighter session in the morning while in the afternoon/evening when my penis was "pre-stretched" I could pull with as much force as possible.
 
If I were you and girth was the least you wanted then stick to stretching only for now and skip even jelqing as that encourages the blood through the penis to enlarge the chambers in girth.

Perhaps invest in the Size Genetics extender and wear that whenever your sat around or lay around even :) That will help with length and keep girth to a minimum. I should point out though that no matter how you keep the routine strict length that you will still see some gains in girth because that's how the penis grows, like the elastic band example as it stretches the band will need thicker structures otherwise it snaps.

Dont hang weights either for now and I'm saying that because its good for base girth. Other tools that may help are the Power Assist or LengthMaster. Stick to the manual only workout. Exercises like the DLD 'A' Blasters, BLUE_WHALE mother of all lig stretches, BLUE_WHALE __________ stretches and V-SES stretches all work very well.

The routine needn't be complicated and crammed with shiet, just stretch with intensity and gains will come but neglect all girth-type exercises.
