Length and girth in the sane day question

Quick question about the work that happens to "cement gains" or at least try and do the work correctly after stretching and pumping.

First off, finally received my bathmate hydromax7 wide boy, thanks so much to the folks who decided to make the wide! It is much appreciated!

So, my questions are, if I'm stretching with LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging in the mornings (30 min then ADS for the next 3-6 hours depending on work activity level) and I use the bathmate in the evening (15-20 min total, occasionally a full 30min maybe) then cock ring for 30 min (refreshing blood every so often), it seems like if I put on a sleeve for length while sleeping, I'll be doing the opposite for girth? I guess I'm asking, if I'm pumping before I put a sleeve on, is that minimizing the effects of the pump?

Maybe the ADS is enough and the sleeve isn't really doing much 12 hrs later after stretching, but I'm just curious. Length is my main goal, so I'll prioritize length over girth any day.

Lastly, I keep getting air in the bathmate when I push out the water at the end of the stroke. Any technique tips for that? It's only been a few sessions, so I know it'll take time to get better at it. Definitely like the feel and look of the pump though, stoked to see some gains with it someday.

Thanks as always dudes!

Once you finish your girth session, wear your cock ring for 1 hour. After 1 hour, take off the cock ring and go to bed. You don't need to wear any penis sleeve to sleep. Just make sure you are wrapping the penis to stay elongated for a minimum of 6 hours daily or wear your penis sleeve for a minimum of 6 hours daily.

Make sure you shave off the hair around your penis area where the pump compresses to the body. Also, you can apply some water based lubricant around the area of the penis that compresses together with the pump. This and shaving will stop air from entering the pump.

Thanks for the quick response @huge-girth .

Gotcha on the length, most days I can wear the ADS for 6-8 hrs, but it all depends on what kind of work I'm doing that day. I keep trying the sleeves but I have trouble with them. Sometimes they stay put, sometimes they don't. Haven't tried wrapping yet, just sleeves and ADS.

As for the bathmate, I stay shaved most of the time, and the seal on the bellows isn't where air gets in. The air comes in through the purge valve to push the water out. It's like either im holding it open too long or it's not closing fast enough.

Again, most likely user error and just need some time to get used to the timing of pressing the valve in and pushing on the bellows. Wasn't sure if anyone else ran into that... I think it's just practice.

Which of the bathmates are you using? Is it the Xtreme or the normal bathmate?

Just check to make sure that the hand pump is well connected to the valve.

Not following ya, there is no hand pump.?

I'll keep trying to get the hang of it, as with everything PE it'll just take practice I'm assuming.

Trying wrapping today instead of ADS, good to find an alternative that keeps elongated while working when my ADS won't work well. Thanks for the advice!

Wrapping is a simplified way to get away from the ADS. However, wrapping can only go so far. Wrapping keep the penis elongated, but the problem is, it doesn't provide the traction tension required to extend your penis. Wrapping only provide around 600g of traction force. that's less than the minimum standard of 800g to initiate extension of the penile shaft to promote growth. It literally touching the edge of elongation growth. If you use a sleeve such as the HULK DuroSleev, or the SiliSleev#5, the traction tension can range anywhere between 800g to 1.6kg. This is perfect. But you must prevent the glans from turtling inside the sleeves, causing inconsistent passive extending.

If you're using the ADS, the main issue with the sleeve is the slippage during intense movements. I have that too. I use 2 sleeves, one on top of the other. Rather than allowing the sleeve to go too long on the penis, I fold it to a max of 2in (5cm) below the glans. The folding creates a double sealing layer, and the shorter length below the glans prevents the foreskin from sliding and causes the slippage.

The Bathmate HydroXtreme, like it's other newer models, has a twisting pressure/bleeding valve cap, in addition to a trigger at the center called the PIP. The trigger must be straight to prevent the valve from releasing water, and the valve cap needs to be twisted clockwise in a full until it stops to prevent the pressure from leaving the cylinder. Attach the hose connect nice and tight, and pump. You'll instantly feel the pressure build up without any leakage.

Just need a bit of practice and you'll understand now to use it. Try it without water first, and then try it with water. Once you master, you'll have no issue using the unit like a pro. It did take me a few weeks to truly master its functions. Took me nearly a month to master the method of using water out of the shower and bath tube.

Since you're using the Bathmate, please, please, please be careful of the sudden rise in pressure using the hand pump. Please see the mod for the HydroXtreme for a pressure gauge. Don't rely on the "feel" and always know the exact pressure you're using.

Safety is at the forefront in PE. Don't do dangerous processes without the safety tools in your hands.

All HydroXtreme units come with a handpump. If there's no hand pump, it's not HydroXtreme, or, it was not part of the HydroXtreme series since it was a barebone pump. You may want to get a hand pump if that's the case. It's quite cheap. Manually pumping using the baffles gaiter only bring the total pressure up to 6inHg. With the hand pump, you can go past 15inHg, and that is quite dangerous by the way. The safety zone is below 10inhg, and the magic growth zone after you are conditioned is between 10inHg and below 15inhg.

Sounds like a similar experience with sleeves. As we've chatted before, I think our similar tapering is to blame. I find the softest sleeves are the most comfortable, but if I'm working and heart rate goes up my body says "we need this blood elsewhere buddy" so I find myself halfway inside the sleeve, actually shorter than with no sleeve sometimes.

If I go to a stiffer one, like the 5, the lip is so sharp it literally cuts into my skin just behind the glans and isn't worth the irritation. So I don't wear that one hardly at all. Sometimes I try it inverted, with the "collar" at my shaft base and roll the other end to give a softer ridge on my glans.

Still, the ADS is my go to. For instance, I'm digging a bunch of holes for new posts to expand my pole barn, and digging with a traction device is no good. So I'm wrapped today, at least it's better than nothing. Totally understand about forces as described, makes sense! Just trying to balance life, gains, best option for the given tasks of the day.

As for the pump, I ordered directly from the MOS store so I hope and assume it's legit, and it didn't appear to come with a hand pump. I am getting significant pumping with it, and without a hand pump I feel it's less chance of over-doing it, so I'll try and get the hang of it over the next month or so before adding even more equipment. For example, pre-pumping yesterday I measured 6" 70% erect girth and post pumping for about 15 min total I measured 6-3/8" 60% erect girth. So it seems like it's doing its thing?

I'll check that it's twisted in correctly. The PIP is functioning correctly, I think it's mainly a timing thing. Like when to release the push-valve while bellowing out the water. Practice practice practice...

Thanks man!

There's is a secondary trick that I use. The trick is to use a THERABAND, folded into a 0.75in to 1in wide. Wrap at the base of the glans, and allows a full suction between the vacuum cup and the penile glans. During my heavy activities, the blood does get diverted to elsewhere, minimizing the amount of blood to the penis. However, the trick is that Theraband wrap. When the body decides to pull the blood away, the Theraband acts as a gripper at the base of the glans, and producing a bulk head strong enough for the sleeve(s) to grab onto. It reached a point where the pressure is so strong from the Theraband seal that I suffer a few blisters because the vacuum pressure got so high during my high movements climbing up the hillsides. I play smart now by strapping my penis around the waist and not down to the knee during these high movements. Something to consider.

I stop around SiliSleev2 level. #5 is indeed a bit stiff. I also got some generic one that is between the 2 and the 5. Well, closer to the 5, around a 4 if there is a range scale.

Yep. I wear my ADS jumping from tree to tree with my tree stand as well. Sometimes, from tree to roof and to another tree during my weekends. Most of the time, it's mainly climbing hillsides and along rivers/streams. Most of the time, we use our UTVs, ATVs, and trail bikes to get to our destination for investigations. Lots and lots of movements.

Sounds like you increased about 6%, place you roughly aroud 6inHg using just the baffle gaiters. The hand pump pushes past 6inHg and into the 8inHg and 10inhg, which will create a force expansion past 20%, or roughly around 7.2in after pumping. It's best to stay around 6% to 10% increase for safety purposes, although, it's about 4% to 8% less than the recommended pressure zone it was meant to be. The 6% is the base minimum meant for ED issues. 10% and more is for erectile growth.

MOS Store is legit in carrying the brand name products. Not sure if you got the Max or the Xtreme as the Xtreme does have the hand pump:

As I stated, the early version of the Xtreme does give you the option of the pump only, or an option to add extra items onto the list, such as carrying bags, accessories, and various other "deluxe" version. Bathmate is actually to blame. They offer too many "flagship" options that we're drowned in the sea of selection during purchases. The sellers like MoS Shop can only offer what the manufacturers provide "as is" products.

Speaking of pumping, SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory really can help everyone

Does anybody know the size of the screws and bolts used in the lengthmaster 2.0 or 3.0?

Hey @DLD Do you have the nut size for this? I found a few extra bolts in the massive amount of spare parts in the garage and there's no written size on it. I'm just guessing based on the measurement for the nuts I'm using, but it may be zinc plated machine nut size 1/4in.

Thanks as always!

So if I'm approximately in the 6% expansion range, could I expect to see some girth gains over time just using the bellows and no hand pump?

Or should I step up to the model with the hand pump? I'm inclined to stay with just the bellows as there's less chance of over-pressurizing. Knowing how I still struggle with correct clamping pressure in the lengthmaster and getting a bit of numbness again, I don't trust myself to stay in the safe zone pumping. Again, I'm not trying to be over-zealous, I think it's just a relatively high tolerance for discomfort so my gauge of "correct" pressures is just set a bit on the high side.

I'd rather take the long road if it's safer.

But, I also want to maximize efforts... I know it's a fine line to try and walk, playing it safe while maximizing gain for effort. Just trying to find that minimal effective dose of stimulation.

And since I'm not craving girth gains, just looking for a balanced PE regimen, would the non-hand pump version (hydromax, the "middle-of-the-road" priced bathmate model on MOS store) be sufficient for minimal to moderate gains? I know everyone is different physically, just curious since pressures seem to be the key to maintaining / ED help and gaining / growing new tissue.

Also, your job sounds pretty awesome. Being outside is one of the healthiest things you can do in my book.

Thanks🤙

Yes, but it's also good to increase in pressure as your penis adapts later.

That is a hard question to answer. Each person respond differently. Some can do it without the hand pump. For the rest of us, we need the hand pump to go higher.

Also, your job sounds pretty awesome. Being outside is one of the healthiest things you can do in my book.
Yes. But under high temperature and humidity, it can also be deadly.

As you grow you need to progressive increases in how hard you go. Don't push it to quickly, take your time but recognize the time where you need an increase.

Thanks guys!

I'll just stick with what I've got, get the hang of it and see how it goes. Slow and steady, then if it seems like I need more I'll look for the next step.

I assume proper jelqing technique and frequency is a big part of it too, not just the pump. Definitely need to get proficient with those techniques as well before looking further.

As always you dudes are super helpful.

Lemme see what I can do
Should be 1/4"-20 carriage bolts / wing nuts.

Any hardware store should have you covered.

Carriage bolts are the ones with a round head and that square shank that helps it not spin since there's no indentation for a driver like a Phillips bit or torx star.

If you already found it, disregard this post. If you haven't, hope it's helpful!
