Hey everybody, I recently decided to embark on a natural journey to increase the size and overall health of my penis. I'm excited to share my progress after three months of consistent effort and dedication.

Using only the MoS (DVD) videos from this discussion forum. I'm starting PHASE 4 today, so wish me luck!

Also, I've been using the SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender extender after some of the PE training sessions. But I plan on starting to implement things like the Silisleeve2, and purchasing one of the penis pumps from the MoS store.

Month 1: Initial Results (Start 5.7 NBPEL- 2024)

At the beginning of my journey, I noticed a significant change in the sensation and texture of my penis. It felt heavier, which was surprising, as it wasn't accompanied by any noticeable length or girth increase. This initial change was promising, and it made me more confident in the effectiveness of the exercises and techniques I was using.

Month 2: Continued Progress (Increased my penis size to 6 inches and noticeably thicker)

During the second month, I began to notice a subtle but noticeable increase in length. It wasn't a dramatic change, but enough to give me hope that my efforts were paying off. Alongside this, I also experienced an improvement in erection quality and stamina, which was an added bonus. My girth also started to increase, making me feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin.

Month 3: Notable Gains (Now 7 1/2 inches) but still having issues with turtling... lol

The third month brought the most significant changes yet. Not only was my penis noticeably thicker, but the veins on my penis became more prominent, giving it a more muscular appearance. The overall texture of my penis felt firmer and more defined, which was a welcome development. I also noticed an increase in length, which was the most significant change since the beginning of my journey. Additionally, my penis head or mushroom tip has grown significantly in size compared to how it was before, which has not only improved its appearance but also enhanced sexual pleasure. I swear that healthy testicle massages helps me cum huge loads 🤔

Lessons Learned:

Throughout this journey, I've learned the importance of consistency and patience. Natural penis enlargement is a gradual process, and it's essential to be committed to the exercises and techniques for a minimum of three months to see noticeable results.

I've also come to realize that everyone's body is different, and results may vary. While I experienced a heavier, thicker, more veiny, and longer penis, others may see different changes or improvements in their sexual performance.

My Goal: Hopefully 9-10 inches 😉

Turtling is quite common. Once you get out of the extender, use a sleeve or a wrap like Uncle Jim's wrap to keep the penile shaft elongated, warm, and constantly in a state where the penis has blood flowing through.

Additionally, I've been employing a dual grip stretching technique (around the base, holding the skin at the scrotum back) primarily for traction support during stretches.

Funny how I suggested the same thing for one of the brothers as he has specific routine circumstances.

This sounds awesome. I am approaching month 1 and I cant really see any erect gains as of yet so this is motivating to hear.

Exactly. The penis after heavy training will naturally turtle as a protective mechanism to avoid damage to the penis. Wrapping or using a sleeve is so effective at training your penis not to turtle. It will also give great cementing to retain growth.

Honestly, I've just been following everything exactly to the letter with all the routines, as explained in the MoS videos. However, I have found that having a proper warm-up before performing manual stretches and warm-down really makes a big difference. I've found that personally, I really enjoy having the gentle massage of warm water from my handheld shower head work amazingly for me (about 5 minutes). I much prefer this to using a warm cloth, but to each their own.

Also, sometimes I like to engage in edging after a PE session instead of a regular "warm-down" (about 10-15 minutes, after a PE session), but not always.
