Loose fitting underwear or none significantly helps! Have to be really careful if you try to stretch these over something larger...you can damage the sleeve. I’d recommend a little heat/hot water to loosen. Also if you would apply erect it would help for first wears and break-in. At first seems counterintuitive to girth growth but doesn’t seem to have hindered.

I feel like I cut the sleeve too short, I was having a hard time getting it on, and now there's some slack between the sleeve and the glans. Thanks

The sleeves, when used for the vacuum cups, should go as long as the tip of the glans. The length should be 1in below the glans's rim/corona. To create a super seal by double folding, the length should be 2in.
