Putting this out there hoping to calm my brain down a bit.

I've been using the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging 5 days a week for 30 min sessions followed by 15 or so min of hanging for a few weeks. I remeaaured and surprisingly I measured almost 1/2" longer BPEL!

My wife and I had sex for the first time in a few weeks last night (time of the month, life etc.. it's how it goes sometimes) which is also the first time since I've been stretching consistently and intensely.

Good news is she loved the new feel, which is super encouraging. And I'm seeing some real gains, which is double great.

Bad news is my glans and about an inch down my shaft felt almost numb... like I could barely feel myself entering her. I'm concerned maybe the pressure from the clamp and pulling might have done some damage. I'm hoping it's just temporary and I'll take a week off or so and hope it returns to normal. Hoping it's like when you learn to deadlift with hook grip and your thumb feels weirdly numb for awhile from the unusual pressures then gets right.

Anyone else felt this? Did I permanently kill all feeling in my tip? Please say it'll return to normal... what good is a baseball bat if you can't feel it?

I will say I eased in, didn't go ham on the stretcher on day 1. Trying to be careful and responsible. Seriously hoping it heals up in a few weeks.. posting late at night because I'm concerned.

That's too much plate pressures. Try to reapproach the wrapping method. The wrap should be thick enough to create comforts and traction at lower plate pressures.

Use warm compresses (wrap in warm towels) for 15 minutes and do light roll massages between your palms to get the tissues reinvigorated. Allow the blood vessels and nerves to decompress for a few days.

It's about the wrapping to create good traction between the skin and the plates, just like the traction devices. I tried a few methods of customized silicone pads for fast application over the wraps but the proper wrapping ultimate wins.

I have noticed this week I was tightening the plates more. Only started feeling this late in the week.

Absolutely makes sense with the wrapping. I'm really hoping it will get back to normal soon. I'll do what you've suggested and cross my fingers and try not to get too stressed out, which is hard not to do.

When I was hanging the most important part is creating the perfect wrap. If there is any pain it very well creases and folds in the wrap. When I was hanging very heavy weights I need to double my wrap.

Back to basics with wrappings, sounds like nailing that is the absolute most crucial part, more so than I realized when I started.

As you know, I'm a big RED + NIR kinda promoter. I would hit it with some Red Light for healing. While hitting the shaft with that, a good time to do ball stretches or laptop work.

For reference
I always water pump after I do hang/stretches. I am not sure if that helps the D feel well rounded in the pressure but it might? I would need some VETS advice on that. I can only think that pumping after this might smoothin out the shaft more, especially since so much pressure has been on that area. I am not sure about that statement, but I haven't never felt numb, but I do water pump after any routine I do.
 
As far as taking a few weeks off, no problem, a decon is a decon and always fine to do! I have done light water pumping through decon, that's me. But for sure take 2 weeks off minimum. My decons tend to be 6-8 weeks, everyone is different so check was is best for you.

2 weeks should be enough time for a decon but if that's not enough increase the time.

Just an update in case anyone out there finds this thread in the future. All feeling is back to normal as of a few days ago, took the week off from stretching. Just kind of a scary few days.. glad all is normal again.

Back at it after next week, working out of town so that's good excuse to give it a bit more time.

I've seen some gains so far so I'm eager to get after it again, with even more emphasis on good wrapping and thoughtful technique.

I think I might need some more help with wrapping.

The slight numbness is back after two stretch sessions. The only way I can feel a stretch in my ligaments / "taint" area is using enough force that my glans goes purple.

I tried less plate pressure and it just slips.
I tried thicker wrap and I go purple again unless it slips.

I feel like either I'm pulling too hard or I'm still way off on my wrapping. Not sure how else to wrap though, I followed the posts and guidelines, I think, to the letter.

Maybe a purple glans while stretching is normal? Probably not though.

Help from anyone would be awesome. I've seen length gains already so I want to keep going, but the numbness makes me want to stop all together if I can't figure it out.

The slight numbness is back after two stretch sessions. The only way I can feel a stretch in my ligaments / "taint" area is using enough force that my glans goes purple.
No matter how you wrap the penis, during high traction force using any traction device entering past 5lbs of force over a period of 5 minutes will cause some color changes to the glans. The blood pooling at the terminal point under pressure causes the cells to use up the oxygen quicker, so the reddish color tends to turn purple. The blood cells are not dead or damaged. The color changes due to the faster usages of oxygen, causing the coloration to be different. A few minutes of normal jelqing will bring the old blood out and refresh newer blood in. Color will return back to normal in a few minutes, or at worst, 30 minutes. It happens to me every time I use the LM3, no matter the wrapping method.

If you worry abou the dark color changes, you can limit the routines to 5 minutes, unwrap, and allow the blood to flow for a couple of minutes before rewrap.

If you have a hard time to get the blood into the glans, squeeze the penis at the base while getting just a light erection. The glans's sides will expand, but make sure only to have enough expansion to allow the Theraband layer to hold the glans in place. Wrap the flex tape over the Theraband layer nice and tight, and place the bulk of the wrap in between the plates. Have your glans sticks out at the front of the plates to prevent the plates from causing pressures to release blood from the glans.

Try to read up on this first to see it helps.

Yep. I used to wrap and perform my routines for 5 minutes at a time. Once I knew my wraps were good and still allow my penile traction to work without any possible injuries, I crankes the session to 10 minutes. However, I did discovered I went a bit too hard at times as I increase the traction loads by accident, causing a bloody blister here and there. Too high of a traction pressure and too fast when I shift from one position to another while using my legs and feet during the stretches. Still need to master the techniques.

I do wrap: Theraband, then the cotton wrap, then the flex tape to hold it all together.

I stretch out all the way flaccid to wrap the theraband and wrap it tight with few to no wrinkles (sometimes a wrinkle here and there happens, but it's getting better) then wrap the cotton pretty much as tight as possible while still extend flaccid, then the flex as tight as possible.

Now, from your info, I'm assuming the numbness is coming from too much time in compression without a break. Before I took some time off and got scared that I went full numb, I was staying full pressure between the plates for the entire 30min session. I thought that was a normal thing to not unclamp and unwrap during the workout.

Makes sense though, and breaking it up into a few "sets" with some blood-flow break in between seems like it should help quite a bit.

I have started using the bathmate dry for max 3 min right after unclamping/wrappping, usually while I'm putting the equipment away in my dresser, to try and help expand everything that was compressed. Seems to help a bit.

I'll try shorter clamp sessions, I'll try your 10min at a time suggestion and if I still get some numbness I'll back down some more.

Once again thank you for taking the time to help me. I'll get back at it next week and hopefully start inching towards a method that is consistently positive. It's a weird thing to try and learn sometimes, so much nuance.

Perfect. Discollaration is very normal, as long as it's temporary.

I do wrap: Theraband, then the cotton wrap, then the flex tape to hold it all together.
That's SIM's method of wrapping. I just use the TheraBand and flex tape. That's enough to create the bulk wrapping enough to be held in place by the LengthMaster. But adding more layers to create larger bulk is good to prevent you from having to tighten down further with the wing nuts. Less bulk also means less chance of over stressing the top plates during the tightening. I believe a few broke their top plates because of the large bulk causing that bending effects. I protect my plate with a U-clamp flange rated at 40lbs of pressure force. No more worries around breaking anything besides my penis.

Good way to go. Don't worry too much about the wrinkles unless they bite into your skin and cause discomforts. No one can perfectly keep it straight and wrinkle free. My wrap is like the surface of the moon with wrinkles.

Yep. That's too long under compression. Break it down to 10 minutes each. It will stretch your routines out another 10 minutes but it's better to have feelings to your penis than numb penis. Under compression, the nerves can handle up to around 15 minutes. The numbness is your body indicator in telling you something is wrong. The higher the numbness level, the higher chance the body is telling you that you may have cell death or nerve atrophy reaching near death. This is why SIM and I warn our brothers to stay around 5 to 10 minutes per routines and break the routines down to a safer time under-something.

Test things out. If your penis can be seen with good blood flow in a wrap when you release the tension from the plates, you're good to keep it under wrap to 15 minutes and beyond. If you see any purple color and/or a bit of numbness, release the plate tension, unwrap, and massage after 10 minutes max.

Yes. This is what SIM and I did and still do. Pumping after lengthening session allows your penis a breath of fresh air, or a jolt of fresh blood. It also optimizes the amount of blood available for the penis to use for repairs a well. Good choice of approach.
