I was wondering why I hear so less of A-stretch, and its mostly not in peoples favourite excersise do you have it in your routine?

I do the A stretch in combination with other strecthing like helicopter and internal stretching, erected bend. But the A stretch gets me a good hang and lets me control my hang.

I do it like this.

7-10 min warmup
I sit down. Do some normal stretches about 3-4 minutes.
Get semi erect to blood flow again.
I grab under the head and do an A -stretch.
First I need good grip. Than I feel with the hand im strechting where I am. For example when I stretch I feel the end of my other hand whos the support, after that I wanna not feel the hand but hang lower, you slowly close your eyes and imagine a bit its bigger (or has to get bigger) and pull it a bit down, now the hand thats is pulling isnt touching ur hand/arm that is supporting (or less touchng). Than after I try to like touch my balls and stay there with the hand Im pulling. I going slowly every session. The grip can be difficult but the stretch is amazing. Dont go to hard on this one... but its worth the try, It really pumped my Erected lengs flaccid/erected.

I do about 6 or 7 of these variating from 20-50 secs each pull. I got nice resulst from it In combination with my other lenght excersice. I think in combination with my just arived Bathmate, I could get to my 1st goal of 8'x6.5 EL' ...7'2x6'0 in now.. started as a 6x 5

The kinetic energy of an object is the energy which it possesses due to its motion. It is defined as the work needed to accelerate a body of a given mass from rest to its stated velocity. In other words, it's an exercise that allows muscles to exert maximum force in the shortest amount of time possible.

My ideas combine these two factors using the bodies natural movements for energy while the short bursts of intensity serve to bring Plymetric gains.

Very much so. The variation of different angular stretches will claim gains from areas you may not regularly stretch. I would also think that the device could have variable tension to make it a progressive tool. So far I am stuck on this part of it but it is something to work towards. The penis is similar in the sense that it can become used to any one particular exercise and lose its potential to gain, this is why it is good to attack from multiple angles. This is still in the thought chamber, I am just playing with ideas at this point.
 
You know, today I did lots of A stretches. Must be as I read this yesterday.

I saw this girl with those big circular stretchers in her ear lobes that makes the hole extremely big. Got me thinking.... If there were a way to constantly be pulling on the winkle would it work the same?

We used a picture of a guy who stretched his ear lobes to a record length as a comparison to how Penis Enlargement works.
 
Its funny that I have some thoughts of myself, and than read it after, it means I can think of some Penis Enlargement theories myself. I bet the theories where there before I had them, but still its nice and its nice to read even more about that theorie and other opinions about it. I just read DLD's story by accident about mental state, and picturing u want the penis to touch the ground, mental state is also very important to get good Penis Enlargement results, and thats what Im doing also with the A-stretch imagine u want to get ur penis to the ground. Knowing like DLD says, you will never come even near that point, its a mental state, where U feel like loose from everything but your strecht, your penis and the ground.

I'll look into it after I recondition myself doing the newbie routine with no equipment. I don't want to chance it and another injury happens immediately when I start up again. I'll keep the Bathmate and the SG in the closet so I can implement them only when I feel my gains through manual work have been completely exhausted. If another huge set back occurs it would probably be my cue to give up on Penis Enlargementing.<:(


No more set backs! Only gains from now on.

Yeah DLD I know your positive outlook is how I should look at things. I am already using this to stay motivated. It's just frustrating when you see all these other people gaining, and knowing I can get these gains also, sometimes tests my patience.

Thanks for your encouraging words. I know when I am back into the swing of things I'll start gaining. I realize that having a negative outlook on things could possibly cause me to not make gains. I have been concentrating on losing weight (fucking psych meds) and have been going to the gym a few days each week (About 3-5 days a week). I never belonged to a gym before, but it is more inspiring when you are around other people also trying to improve they're bodies and/or self-esteem, rather than doing exercises by my self.

Again thanks for the support. I am now envisioning myself as a fast gainer.:)

I feel you 100% and I understand you also. Give yourself the time you need to work through this and get your head in a better place. Sometimes this is what I need to do. What are the psyche meds you are taking?

The A-Stretch is a very powerful exercise and can be done more better with a LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging. We rarely talk about this exercise. I've mixed the A-Stretch together with the LengthMaster rolls. I did both together when I was actively training for length.
