Newbie here! I got the warm welcome from the brother DLD and I am encouraged like I have never been before. I am targeting 9-10 over a 5 year plan and I am ready to stick to it and get this done! I’m done losing….losing women….losing confidence….losing TIME! I read the intro to this site and see how much research, trial and error appears to have been done and it all seems very solid. I have two goals, get below 10% body fat and above 8 inches in a year. I am a solid 6 but I have come to realize that I am not either thick enough or the myth that 6 inches is big enough is bullshit. Either way, I want gains that will remain and a large enough johnson that if I lose a woman I KNOW that was not the reason! Thanks for doing the hard work and creating something for men that have nowhere else to turn. Society would rather the imbalance and that men considered weak due to sexual inadequacy. Women can get BBLs and breast implants but men not blessed to be endowed just have to accept it and encounter disappointment and ridicule time and again with no regard of what this can do to a man. I am done being the joke and doormat that women always look at after seeing my junk and ask “Do you eat pussy?” I IMMEDIATELY know what that means! Thanks for providing an alternative to relinquishing any power I may have at the very beginning of a relationship! Let’s go!

Good mind set to start with brother. But don't go below 13% body fat. Trust me when I say it will rebounds like a bad nightmare. Keep tone but don't let your fat content drops below the natural and beneficial level of 13%.

Yes, 6in is definitely not enough. I can attest to it. At the start, I thought 6in was enough during my initial journey. Wife and her friends said otherwise. 6in is meant for girth and not for length. Well, 5.5in to 6in for girth that is, but do aim for the girth that size. Length is an 8in for sure. I'm reaching 7in from 6in since last November, and it's a game changer. I take the slow and steady route to increase both girth and length. So, take your time and do it safely and correctly.

We are here to help. Never place your mind into a desperate or an overzealous mindset. It will hurt you. Refocus to a steady and disciplined mindset to grow one little bit at a time.

I second the 13% that oldandlively stated. There are good reasons for that. I encourage you to read up on every routine that you think about starting and to take it slow: it’s better to gain slowly than to risk injury which can discourage you from keeping on track.

I can tell you that the forum here is a gold mine of information and help - I’ve been reading up quite a bit and this will be my 4th or 5th time restarting PE. I refuse to quit!

Me and you are around the same starting stats and goals so I’m looking forward to seeing you progress!

Off to the races then! Motivation like my bro that I “compete” with working out! We keep each other going! I say 13% but to be honest, if I see the body composition and tone that I’m after at 230 pounds I will be fine with whatever that is. Again, I am running with a 5 year plan on this but the first year of both physical training AND PE are the most crucial for developing discipline. The PE will be the hardest to stick to, the physical training comes easy for me. With how my love-life has gone recently, I need a comeback story. DLD’s post was motivation even though I realize that what he accomplished may not be possible for everyone to achieve, anything reasonable gains I would find significant and better for me than where I currently stand.

Stick with until you pass this phase. I promise you will recover

Welcome brother.

And your observation regarding females doing all this stuff to look better is socially accepted but us men doing PE and self improvement is kinda looked down upon. Weird how that works.

Anyway, best of luck on your PE journey brother, wishing you fast and big newbie gains.
